French born Denis Drame began his career as a young and passionate Pastry Chef at the ‘One
of a Kind’ City Bakery in New York and in just two years had landed a position at the world-famous Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons working under Raymond Blanc. He spent nine years at Le Manoir, honing his skills and developing his own unique style before graduating to Head Pastry Chef at the Michelin starred, five red-star Pennyhill Park Hotel in Surrey, England. He orchestrates the pastry team for the hotel’s two restaurants, room service and conference delegatesat this stunning country house hotel. His pastry is a subtle blend of dishes reflecting both modern and traditional techniques and his flair andcreativity superlative. And his philosophy is simple: an uncompromising commitment to the finest ingredients exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented.

William Curley

Owner William Curley – Patissier Chocolatier

William is a Scottish luxury patissier & chocolatier based in London. William and his wife, Suzue Curley, are owners of the company, William & Suzue Curley Ltd.

William has won the Academy of Chocolate’s ‘Britain’s Best Chocolatier’ Award four times since 2007 and have recently become members of the prestigious pastry association Relais Desserts in September 2012
